Procedure

Phase A—In main vessel, add Phase A ingredients in formula order with propeller mixing at 300 to 400 rpm and heat to 60°C to 65°C. Mix until uniform. Phase B—In a separate vessel, combine Phase B ingredients in formula order under mixing and heat to 60°C to 65°C. Add Phase B to Phase A once heated and uniform. Phase C—Once Phase AB is below 40°C, add Phase C to Phase AB in formula order and mix until uniform (Note: Pre-mix Olivatis 15 with Sharomix EG14 before adding to solution for better dispersion). Once complete and uniform, transfer to a holding vessel.
